Conference organised by the FNF (French National Funeral Federation) and the CRAMIF (Île-de-France Regional Health Insurance Fund).

University awards ceremony.


Organised by the SAF (The French Trade Association for Funeral Art) and the scientific network "Les Morts" (The Dead).

This contest supports research dedicated to funeral practices. Two awards will be presented: one for a doctoral thesis and the other for a Master's thesis, highlighting the cultural, social and historical issues surrounding funeral rites.

Artificial intelligence in the funeral industry: opportunities, limitations and prospects.


Panel discussion organised by the FNF (French National Funeral Federation) and the CPME (Confederation of Small and Medium-sized Companies). 

Speakers: Philippe MEYRALBE (ADVIATM Funeral Services, a funeral operator already using artificial intelligence in the management of his business), Sofia BATAILLE (Mémorys Funeral Services, funeral operator), Yahya FALLAH (member of the AI commission of the CPME).

Moderated by Nicolas GOOSSENS (Vice-President of the FNF in charge of innovation).

Screening of the first three episodes of the documentary series Du formol dans le cœur (Formaldehyde in the Heart) directed by Inès Berdugo.

Organised by the FNF (National Funeral Federation) followed by a discussion with the director.
 
"Ten years after the sudden death of her father, director Inès Berdugo finds herself unexpectedly confronted with her grief. She decides to investigate death by exploring the world of funerals. Between thanatopraxy, meetings of orphans, and spiritual rites, she takes us into a fantastical world."
