FUNÉRAIRE D'OR

An event within the event co-organised by the SAF (The French Trade Association for Funeral Art) and the FNF (French National Funeral Federation) to highlight the manufacturers, distributors and service solutions of funeral professionals who will be exhibiting at FUNÉRAIRE PARIS 2025.

A unique opportunity, within the leading trade exhibition of the French funeral market, for companies and start-ups to showcase their new products and services.

Four prizes will be awarded at the FUNÉRAIRE D'OR ceremony, which will take place on the first day of the trade exhibition, Wednesday November 19th:
- the FUNÉRAIRE D'OR Products Award, elected by the jury
- the FUNÉRAIRE D'OR Services Award, elected by the jury
- the FUNÉRAIRE D'OR Visitors' Award, elected by the visitors of the trade exhibition
- the FUNÉRAIRE D'OR Sustainable Development Award [NEW], elected by the jury

Terms of participation

Only exhibitors registered to FUNÉRAIRE PARIS 2025 can apply for the awards. 
Candidates may submit one product or one service for the Products or Services Award.

They may also apply for the Sustainable Development Award.
Except for the Sustainable Development Award, the proposed projects must be presented at the trade exhibition.

The submission is free of charges and is exclusively done through the exhibitor space.

Jury

The jury will reward the innovations, novelties and creations exhibited. It is composed of five professionals who are experts in the funeral industry:
  • Ms Nuria Capdevila, FIAT-IFTA member and director of CIRCLE Corporation, specialising in sustainability and eco-design,
  • Ms Sarah Boucault, journalist covering death-related topics,
  • Ms Maria Da Silva, managing director of SIFUREP (Intercommunal Funeral Union in the Paris Region),
  • Mr Didier Belluard, former administrator and SAF representative,
  • and Mr Guillaume Fontaine, former president and FNF representative.

Schedule

The exhibitors will be able to submit their applications from June until the end of September 2025. A dedicated communication will be sent to them soon to explain the procedure to be followed.


From October, visitors who have ordered their badge to enter the trade exhibition will be able to vote from a shortlist of 10 candidates selected by the jury.

The award ceremony will take place on November 19th at 12 pm in the conference room.

Awards

The winners will be rewarded at the award ceremony on the first day of the trade exhibition.

They will also benefit:
