Commemorative Object. SiDe transforms the tattoos of deceased loved ones into engravings on poplar wood, creating a personal, lasting, and discreet keepsake. Using a photo of the tattoo, the design is extracted and digitally refined to correct distortions. The final artwork is then precisely engraved onto light-toned wood, carefully selected for its softness and simplicity. Each piece is unique, custom-made, and presented in a framed format (15×20 cm or 20×30 cm).
